El contrato que aparece a continuacion me permitirá fijar el precio de compra en efectivo de inmediato para que pueda mostrar su propiedad a mi lista de compradores, inversionista y de asociados para ver si alguno de ellos estarían interesados en asociarse conmigo en este negocio si decido no comprarlo y rehabilitarlo por mí mismo.
Este acuerdo se convertirá en un contrato de compra y venta oficial una vez que los detalles finales se hayan negociado.

Option to Purchase Agreement
This Option Agreement is made between the following parties:

2. Reinaldo Chirino, hereinafter referred to as "Optionee".
The following terms are applicable to this agreement:
